Our story

From a kiosk screen
to a cast.

IAMX started with a single question in front of a kiosk screen: "What if this screen actually knew the customer?" The answer grew into today's IAMX — one platform that brings together real-time conversation, synced lips and facial performance, face recognition and a live emotional state.

Today our characters verify identities at banking kiosks, greet guests at receptions, guide visitors through exhibits and host live streams. Every one of them is designed in a no-code panel and deployed with a plugin or a single line of embed code.
